Owner Privileges At Punta Mita, Mexico.
Property owners are entitled to the following benefits of membership
at Punta Mita's private clubs:
Punta Mita Beach & Tennis Clubs
The Residents' Beach Club is reserved exclusively for Members and
their guests. This Beach Club offers an oceanfront swimming pool,
shower facilities, and a full-service dining area. Several other Members-Only
Beach Clubs are planned to be conveniently located throughout Punta
Mita.
The Tennis Club offers four courts -including two omni-court surface
courts - lighted for night play, plus a pro shop, towel bar, and professional
instruction.
Property owners currently pay no initiation fee to become a Resident
Member of the Punta Mita Beach & Tennis Clubs, and annual dues
are considered a part of the property owner’s annual assessment
fees. Resident Members may sponsor both accompanied and unaccompanied
guests, subject to certain restrictions.
Four Seasons Golf Club Punta Mita:
The Four Seasons Golf Club Punta Mita, also known as the Club de Golf
Punta Mita, offers play on the renowned 19-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature
Course, plus the use of the related practice facilities, clubhouse,
locker rooms, and golf pro shop.
Currently, those purchasing property in Punta Mita receive a club
membership to the Four Seasons Golf Club Punta Mita, a $40,000 value.
Two classes of Resident Memberships are available: Golf and Social. |
